Indio: City Buys Former Ralph’s Grocery Store for $3.25M

Property To Be Converted Into Indio Public Library

The city of Indio purchased the former Ralph’s at 81731 Ave. 46 in Indio from the Ralph’s Grocery Co. for $3.25 million, or approximately $101 per square foot.

The 32,134-square-foot property had been vacant since Aug. 27, 2005. The city plans to use this property as the new location for the Indio Public Library, which is currently at 200 Civic Center Mall in Indio, CA.

Always Believe Sells Retail Building for $2.5 Million, RJ Realty Buys 480 N. Main for $312 PSF

Always Believe Inc. sold the 8,010-square-foot general retail building at 480 N. Main St. in Corona to a shell company for RJ Realty Investors for $2.5 million, or approximately $312 per square foot. The capitalization rate was 6%.

The two-story retail building is on two parcels totaling 4,355 square feet. The building is currently being used as a restaurant called Villa Amalfi.
